First it’s Naruto. Naruto’s childhood is filled with shadows. They were the heroes who saved Konoha, but they sacrificed their child to achieve that, making him an omen of the village. Such a childhood is pretty unfortunate.
Neji used to be very optimistic and kind-hearted when he was little. But once he found out about the rules and regulations of the Hyuga clan, he had no alternative but only to cry.

Shikamaru used to be very naughty. Even though he dislikes trouble, he has caused no shortage of trouble. His childhood is still pretty nice.
